Amanda’s Bio

Amanda Perrot is a speaker, entrepreneur, coach, and lover of well-placed F-bombs. The founder of the Alcheme vocal empowerment platform, Amanda shows people how to listen to their voices, access their innate wisdom, and step into leadership in all areas of their lives. Having journeyed from a career in corporate to entrepreneurship, Amanda is passionate about activating other’s success because she understands the deep processing required to move from victim to victor in all areas of our lives. Beloved by her clients and audience members for her soulful questions, deep listening, and genuine championship of others, Amanda knows how to meet people exactly where they are and shows them how to shed their fear of being “too much” (or not enough!). Through her leadership, Amanda’s corporate and entrepreneurial clients create powerful, purpose-driven companies and experience lasting joy in their own lives. 


As an award-winning speaker and business owner, Amanda understands communication, teamwork, and leadership - mostly through trial and error. Lots of trial and error. Based in Saskatchewan, Canada, Amanda travels extensively to serve companies and organizations in their desire to deeply support their people. As owner and operator of 1st Choice Graphics Inc. - a printing company that employs 15 people (primarily women) - Amanda deeply understands the complexities of supporting team members (and herself) through turbulent times, while trying to maintain and grow operations.
